More support is coming soon. There are already new page published recently and more will be written as we work on the plugin over the next few months. CSV 2 POST was released during the first half of 2012. The extensive list of upgrades planned for the rest of the year means constant changes to both how the plugin operates and the interface. As a result. documentation and tutorial videos will be slow coming. Thank you for your patience.
Yes even free users can make a request for help content on a specific area of the plugin. Help content will become a priority for us closer to the end of 2012, when the plugins upgrades slow down. However we will still create help content on request, immediately in order to help existing users.
Many of the “View More Help” buttons or similar help links will not go to an applicable support page for the feature you seek help for. This will be common during the second half of 2012 but as we enter 2013 most of help buttons/links will take users to a specific tutorial or blog post.
Until all services are developed we are happy for everyone to email firstname.lastname@example.org. However as with most premium plugins we will be deploying support software to handle requests. In 2013 please seek those services, especially if you are a paying client or you may not get the quick response you are entitled to.
